Fortnightly cleaning now included at Urbanest Melbourne Central Twin Ensuite Room for communal areas only* *Students who book Urbanest Melbourne Central Twin Ensuite Room in an 8-person apartment for a contract starting from Semester One, 2021, will automatically benefit from fortnightly cleaning of the communal areas in their shared apartment. The cleaning offer only applies to the Twin Ensuite Room in an 8-person apartment with 50% or more occupancy. Please note that rooms in shared apartments at Urbanest are mixed gender. If you would prefer to be in a single gender room please advise the leasing team upon enquiry. U18 rooms are automatically same-gender as are our twin share rooms. Prices are listed in $AUD and are subject to change dependent on availability and seasonal promotions. Prices are per person per bed per week. 2-weeks advance rent is required to secure your booking.
