Am I able to choose my room mates?
Roommates are based on gender and age so you are not able to choose your roommate. If you have a friend also booking with Urbanest you can opt to place each other as a preferred roommate.

If I want to host a visitor, can they stay with me at Urbanest?
Yes, you are permitted to have visitors, however, you must inform us. If you have roommates, you must seek their permission beforehand. In the event that any of your roommates are not happy to have a visitor then your visitor will have to make other arrangements.

Do you have rooms with wheelchair/disable access?
All Urbanest properties are accessible for wheelchair users and have lifts connecting all floors. All Urbanest properties have wheelchair-accessible rooms, subject to availability.

Am I able to have a pet?
No, for health and safety reasons no animals excluding guide, hearing or assistance dogs are permitted on the premises.

Can I bring my children?
Children are not able to live at Urbanest, as we are specifically built and operated for students only.

Do you have car parking?
There is not car parking at Urbanest properties, however we have plenty of secure bike storage facilities.
