An ensuite room in a 5 person apartment, ideal for individuals or groups. Each room is single occupancy with its own private ensuite bathroom, air conditioning, unlimited wireless internet and is fully furnished. Apartment features a shared kitchen/lounge room. Please note that rooms in shared apartments at Urbanest are mixed gender. If you would prefer to be in a single gender room please advise the leasing team upon enquiry. U18 rooms are automatically same-gender as are our twin share rooms. Prices are listed in $AUD and are subject to change dependent on availability and seasonal promotions. Prices are per person per week. 2-weeks advance rent is required to secure your booking.

No the bedrooms and apartments are not serviced by Urbanest. The cleanliness of all apartments is the responsibility of the residents themselves. Urbanest does provide cleaning kits which you can borrow from the friendly team at reception.
